Bentleys for angus. He is blind and a few days ago he ran into a wall as we were going outside. It knocked him down. Hes been in severe pain since. Lots if xrays done and it shows no spine damage but his pain level is so much something is wrong. Hes now on heavy duty pain meds and crate rest. Hes been to the vet 3 times since saturday when this happened. Im looking into acupuncture and chiropractor. He broke my heart the othet day getting him out of the csr. He screamed bit me and rolled in a ball. Made me cry.

Healthy thoughts your way. He clearly did something to himself that the xrays are not pickling up. Muscle ligament bruise maybe. Poor sweetheart.:( Hope you find what the problem is soon.

Joanne,

4 shining Bentleys and positive thoughts and prayers coming your way. I know it must be awful to see Angus in so much pain and not know what is causing it or how to help him.

Tu everone. Its day by day for him. Today he is depressed and will hold his leg up when walking. I wish i knew what was wrong.you can touch his spine without a reaction so i hope that means he didnt blow a disk. Im so sad about this not knowing what to do

Things are looking much better. Less pain meds and he opened the back door by himself just a few minutes ago.

Joanne, I'm sooo glad there is some improvement for Angus. I know how much you love him and how helpless you must feel about not being able to find out what is wrong. I hope this is a step in continuing recovery.

Ty everyone. I think hes gonna be fine the confusion seems to be getting less and less. He now can find his way around the house better. Not like before but better. The pain is not completly gone but if he doesnt try to goof around its much less

Bentleys from here too, Joanne! It's hard to see just a little progress at a time, but at least it is progress...paws crossed it continues until he is 100% once again!
