    I can
    • Pull and/or evaluate a dog/dogs
    • Overnite one dog (I only have one extra crate and one of my dogs is dog aggressive so I have to crate and rotate)
    • Perform home visits

    I can:

    -foster short term
    -foster long term
-possibly assist with some transport (depending on route & timing)

    Located in Island Lake, IL.

Relevant fostering info: split level home with 2 cats upstairs (gated off) and 2 dogs downstairs (1 year siberian husky & 1 year old ACD/BC mix). Cats don't like dogs, stay upstairs. Dogs are well-socialized and friendly with other dogs (both neutered males). Backyard not fenced, but dogs go daily to dog park to run (or else I look like this - )

All of the above. Anything I can do to help. Thanks for the link! Esp. transport from NC, any excuse to see my sister! I am not sure how you get approved for emergency foster care but I would love to do it. Anyhow, if you need my help I am here. My girl Maggie (in the picture, and the reason I got my ACD Mollie) is my inspiration. Anyhow, thanks for the input and I can's wait to part of it!

    Central Illinois

    I can:
    Overnight dog/s 1 or 2.
    Short term foster - 1 -2 weeks
Help with transport 200-250 miles depending on timing of transport (I have a full size van)
I live in the Peoria IL area. Have two cattle dogs & two kitties. All are inside but a foster dog can be crated downstairs away from the rest of the critters in bad weather or in outside kennels if they aren't barkers in good weather when we are at work. Backyard is completely fenced with a 6' privacy fence. I can only do short term as Peoria County only allows two dogs per household.
