View Full Version : R&R's 2nd Birthday Party

R&R had it's second birthday party today and we had a blast! We met up early in the morning for the CGC testing to begin and SIX obedient dogs came away with those wonderful three little letters behind their names. Lolly and I spent quite a bit of time photographing the dogs who are ready to go up for adoption and those in need of a photo worthy of the 2010 calendar. Of course, we stopped for tons of doggy smooches along the way but you'll see a few familiar faces in the pictures below. It was cattle dogs everywhere you looked and Lolly will post a group shot later. It was hot, hot, HOT outside and we huddled in the shade trying to stay cool. I think one of my favorite things was listening to Jake start the whole gang howling. :naughty: A wonderful lunch in the shade topped off the day before we all packed up to drive home.

As of today we have rescued 60 fabulous ACDs. We are proud of what we have accomplished and appreciate the support we have received from those on this forum. We couldn't do it without you!

There were lots of cattle dogs on the back row but they weren't holding still and missed their opening in the front row for a good shot of them. I had three in my hands and only one is visible. Lots of cattle dogs in one spot for this area anyway.
